PHILIPSBURG MONTANA
Philipsburg is located between Missoula and Butte Montana, just off of Interstate I-90. It is listed on the “National Trust for Historic Restoration’ Listed as “Dozen Distinictive Destinations.” The area originally started back about 1864 as several mines were established finding gold, silver, copper, phosphate, lead and sapphires.

They have an old 1890’s soda fountain and a candy store that has over 150 different candies some of which are made right on location. Don’t forget your sweet tooth and for you diabetics, they have sugar free candy too.

The area is ripe for those of you who enjoy fishing, hunting, skiing, snowmobiling antiquing and just hiking around the old ghost towns and mining camps.
