Brief Summer in the Snowy Range
Summers are brief in the Snowy Range which can be easily visited by traveling about 40 miles west of Laramie by Highway 130

Photo taken 5 July 2009 at Mirror Lake. Snow still lingers in the high country above 10000 feet.



As the snow melts, wildflowers appear which are visited by butterflies
